Feel Good Story (Boston marathon related)

So the marathon is Monday and it is all over the news.  There is one team that has been running since 1981.  A father and son team.  The son is wheelchair bound as a spastic quadriplegic with cerebral palsy.  His dad pushes his wheel chair every year.  They started races in 1977 and after the first race he told his dad that when they are running he doesnt feel handicapped.

They are running again this year.  The dad is 70 years old.  Its a really touching story.

I have seen these guys on TV before. The father does everything the son wants to do but can't do on his own. I think the father might have even went to school (university maybe?) just so the son could attend. They also run triathlons together. It's pretty cool to see how far a parent will go for their child.

Yeah the tri-athalon stuff amazed me.  He ties a bungee cord to his son and the boat so he can swim.
