What's freaking me out most about this show is the fear of not knowing what to expect.  I think it would be way more frightening to wake up after the fact and have to learn how to adapt to the new world.

I would want to know what happened so that I know my family is safe.  Then I might have to check TK just to say "See, my zombie-proofing could've saved you."

For me dealing with it would be worse. I panic easily so I think it would be worse to actually deal with zombies running around eating people verses waking up and suddenly being alone, but ultimately safe.

Waking up in the aftermath would imply that I survived. I like that option.

At least if your aware as it happened you could learn and adapt.  Waking to discover zomie apocalypse has come, forces you to absorb too much, too quickly.

Going through it would be way more traumatic... although you'd certainly be stronger for surviving. But I think waking up after the fact would be a little easier on you because you'd just have to adapt.

Besides, it'd be pretty fun to kick some zombie ass.

Ho-lee-shiit. I just commented to Adam that the sales of the comic are probably going to skyrocket now and he said how up till now the sales have been pretty high. Per month, the sales are probably around 25000/issue. He says the artist is probably clearing like 8-12G a month on sales.

It depresses the fuuck out of me that adam didnt get in on THIS. fuuuuck.

ETA: The cop was shot in a shoot out and woke up in the hospital.  That fuckface kissing his wife was his partner.

He got shot as a cop and was in a coma in the hospital for an undisclosed amount of time, when he woke up things had deteriorated to the time they are now. The guy she was kissing is his old partner.
