About a month ago, a local news station ran a story about photo radar vans. Basically according to the law, you don't have to pay these tickets because a physical human didn't deliver the ticket to you. Today, one of the local radio stations was talking about it and whining because one of the dj's got a photo radar ticket for doing 38 in a 25 WORK ZONE. Some people are saying, just pay it, you screwed up, you deserved it, others are saying don't pay, you don't have to, it's illegal. What say you?
