What do you guys think of this?
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2011/10/17/supreme-court-to-take-up-stolen-valor-act/CN: The Supreme Court is taking up a case about a guy in CA who is in public office and lied about receiving the Medal of Honor. The act from 2005 makes it a crime to claim that you got a military award, but this case has been dismissed a few times because judges are saying its not different than lying on match.com about your height and weight. Basically its free speech.
Im torn about it. I think its despicable to claim you are a war hero, but unless you are saying it to profit in some way, I dont see how its not free speech.
