How do you get help on the knot?

How does anyone get help with message boards on the knot? I contacted help and knot annie-
My private messages send liek over 54 times when I send one
and My forum posts are posting!!

I went through their help down at the bottom and emailed them.

Thanks. Did it take forever for them to get back to you.? No one got back to me yet uhhh

yeah it took a LONG time to even hear back from them.  But hopefully if you are consistent they will get back to you and help you out.
