I just found out yesterday that our reception venue building is up for sale.
This makes me really nervous because if someone buys it that doesn't want to use the building as a reception hall, we could be screwed. Or if the building doesn't sell for a long time and goes bankrupt we are also screwed. We have a $1,000 down deposit there that is non refundable. I sent an email to the lady we have been working with to just fill us in on what is going on and if we need to be worried. So I am asking for your thoughts and prayers that things will be ok and we will still get to use them as our reception hall. I would hate to start looking again after all of that research we previously did and I would hate for my parents to be out $1,000.
So lets keep our fingers crossed that I hear good news back in the next couple of days.
