Hi everyone,After we got married, we left the US for my work abroad. This year is our 5th and my parents' 50th, so we're coming home and hoping to organise a nice intimate party.Our wedding cake was amazing - layered cakes were flavoured taro and coconut, with mango frosting(?) ganache(?) - it was a HUGE hit with our guests. I was wondering if anyone knows of any pastry chef who can do this? I don't need a wedding cake, just a flat cake. Any help is appreciated, as the wonderful lady who did my wedding cake is on a break to take care of her small kids! Happy for her but now I'm desperate!Thanks for any help! Cheers,Nathalie
