Favourite Spring Dessert

Is spring in the air where you live? With the warm air creeping in, all of my warming menus just don't seem appropriate. All of a sudden, I'm craving light and herby foods. I was going to make a chocolate pudding cake for dessert last week but found myself making meringue and whipping cream. There's just something about the warmth that makes me crave pavlova!

What about you? Any favourite spring desserts?

    This is awesome for springtime...
Mix 1 small packet of vanilla pudding Jello mix with 20oz can crushed pineapple (don't drain) and 1 Cup thawed Cool Whip. Refrigerate for 20-30 mins to get cold.
Top Angel food cake (the personal size ones) with raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries, dollip of the Cool Whip mixture, and garnish with berries again....
OMG - to die for and soooooooo easy!!!!
    Plus it makes a ton!
    ENJOY!
