Hey, can someone help me out? I'm going to be DIYing a "make your own sandwich" buffet for my wedding. I've figured out how much meat, cheese, etc. I need for everyone, but I'm trying to figure out how much lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, etc. I would need to make sandwich topper trays. I'm trying to plan for 50 people. I have looked everywhere online and i'm not having any luck. Can someone give me some advice? Thanks in advance!
