Fred and his employees are very professional, curteous, attentive, and reliable. He was very easy to work with. He came out to the reception site ahead of time to meet with us. He was at the reception from early morning until late at night until we were all done. The food was delicious and very apprealing. He made a beautiful presentaion with the fruit and straberries. His staff even cut the cake for us and served it at no extra charge. We had beef and chicken that was very tasty. We had salad with homemade dressings. The price was very affordable!
I would certainly reccomend Fred and Davolis Catering for your wedding or any other event that you have.
We didnt have the same positive experience with our wedding company my beachside weddings out of Jacksonville. Jennifer was very difficult to work with and was never available for phone calls. She was paid well in advance and should have been more attentive to our needs. I would definetly not reccommend her. We had nothing but stress when dealing with her. My advice to all of you brides is to please ask for references and perhaps check the better business bureau before you choose any vendor for your special day. Had we done that we would have had alot less stress leading up to the big day.
