This has probably been asked a hundred times, but..

i am doing a pasta bar for our reception, and i need suggestions on how to keep my pasta warm and not stick or get hard..there is a kitchen at our venue, yes, but i would rather not have to run back and forth or have any of our family doing so. any help would be great!

make sure the caterer tosses it in a little olive oil...but not too much or the sauce won't stick to the noodles

Chafing dishes. And make sure it's cooked as close to the time you need it as possible.

Chafing dishes to keep the food warm.  Leaving a little of the pasta water with the pasta inthe chafing dish will also keep the pasta from sticking, in addition to the olive oil that PP mentioned.
