XP- Martini Bar

Hello All,
I'm choosing my flavors for my martini bar in a meeting with my caterer soon. Wanted to know what you thought of the following choices- sound good? unbalanced? Other suggestions?
1. Dirty Martini w/ blue cheese stuffed olive
2. Spicy Mango Martini (w/ mango puree and a chili pepper)
3. Sparkling Lychee Martini
4. Salted Caramel Martini
Thoughts?

    I am not sure whether any of those martinis border on the sweet side, but if not I'd at least throw in one girly one for those of us who are too wussy for the real deal.  Btw, blue cheese stuffed olives = LOVE.
