my fiance is a type 1 diabetic. My mother is making our wedding cake (she is a professional) and I was just curious as to the options. We know that for the main wedding cake its all going to have sugar in it, and we decided the groom's cake would be the sugar free cake, but I was just wondering what were some fun things we could do to make the grooms cake look cooler. I would feel bad if all we could give him was a sheet cake. I would really like some opinions.
