What would YOU want?

I'm getting ready to go to my first tasting at my venue next week and am so excited! My consultant asked me to pice three things that I am espcially interested so she can be sure to have those included in the tasting. I've already picked chicken and beef options to try, but I also want to do pasta option for the picky eaters in my family and any vegitarians. But I'm having a hard time deciding which sounds the best... So if you were attending a wedding which would you rather eat?

i picked the vegetable lasagna, but my second choice was the ravioli if that helps :)

I would want the lasagna as a first choice. I used to be a vegetarian and it seemed like the veg choice was always alfredo or marinara, so I'd pick those last.

    The lasagna or the ravioli.

And I'm someone who IS a vegetarian and had 2 vegetarian pastas at my wedding!

I picked the lasagna because I like that it has the grilled vegetables, so it's not just pasta, cheese, and sauce, and I don't like heavy cheese dishes all that much, and the lasagna seems the lightest.

Vegetarian lasagna is one of my favorite dishes of all time. I used to be vegetarian, but I've since started eating meat again. I still prefer vegetarian lasagna over meat lasagna.

I think the lasagna, but how many vegetarians do you have?  We only had two, so I just showed them the list of options and asked them to tell me their top 3.  If you only have a few, I think this would be a good way to ensure they like the option.  I wouldn't worry as much about picky eaters, because that's a huge variable and you can't please everyone.

Personally, I would want the manicotti or ravioli off of that list.  But if you're wanting it to serve as a vegetarian option, I'd go for the lasagna.  I think it's kind of unfair that vegetarians end up with just cheese and pasta all the time, and the lasagna sounds more comparable to the beef and chicken entrees.

I chose the ravioli, but I'm not a vegetarian. If I was a vegetarian I would probably choose the lasagna so I'm not eating only pasta.

I picked the lasagna because it sounds the most interesting. The others just seem like kind of boring, slightly different versions of the same thing.

Any of them except the alfredo sound great.  Alfredo is really gross once it cools down a bit, and it's hard to get everything out piping hot when you're feeding a crowd.
