Does anyone know of a person who make cakes from their own home in Charlotte, NC for weddings?  I have heard of a women named Gail in Charlotte but I can't seem to locate her.

    Posting this on the Charlotte board located on the left under Local Wedding Boards will probably get you more answers or another baker.  Good luck.

    P.S.  Keep in mind that many states don't allow people to bake from their home and sell their products due to health code regulations, etc.
