Must haves and no-nos

What foods are on your 'must have' list and your 'no-no' list?

Must haves:
- avocado
- greek yogurt
- Jello mousse cups
- Special K Vanilla and almond (this is getting the cut soon though, hidden sugar!)
- bananas
- lots and lots of protein

No-nos (the ones that I crave!)
- alcohol
- coffee, french vanillas, chai lattes 
- deep fried anything!
- eating out (crazy calories)
- cheese (I still eat cheese, just in much smaller quantities!)
- ice cream
- cake
- chips
- huge plates of creamy pasta!
