Ok, so, I've been cutting calories pretty steeply, I generally only take in about 1500-1700 a day, if even that. We're pretty broke, so most of the time there's very little food in the house, so either I don't eat any kind of breakfast or lunch [some days I don't wake up until 1pm], or I just have a pb&j sandwich or munch on some crackers. But I haven't been losing any weight at all, just maintaining it, pretty much. I think my biggest problem is that we don't eat dinner until between 130am and 3am due to FI's work schedule [he doesn't get home until between 1 and 130am], and even if I take a nap before he gets home, I still tend to fall asleep between 3 and 4am. So it's pretty much the equivelant of me eating just before bedtime. Pretty much every dinner I make is homemade with veggies, and I've significantly cut my portions back from what I used to take in.
I also just can't seem to find the willpower to workout. I mean, I may do around 80-100 crunches on my exercise ball about once a week or so, but beyond that, I can't seem to find much motivation. I've tried everything I could think of to jumpstart my motivation, but nothing seems to stick. The only thing that I have changed, like I mentioned before, is my diet. But that just seems like it's only helping to maintain and not actually make me lose the weight.
If anyone has any advice or suggestions, it would be seriously wonderful.
