  • no...I need to start getting better at adding in snacks like fruit, etc.  Its been soooooo hot here and I think it is really messing with my appetite.

    B - Special K Protein shake, 1 multigrain waffle w/ 1/2 tbsp natural PB and 1/2 tsp SF raspberry preserve
    S - banana?
    L - shaved chicken breast on lavash wrap w/ laughing cow wedge, lettuce, tomato & avocado
    S - string cheese
    D - pineapple chicken kabobs with either jasmine or brown rice
    S - either 100 cal kettlecorn or 1 Hungry girl red velvet cupcake

    E - 30 minute workout on Exerice TV & push ups this AM, 35 min elliptical with hand weights at lunch

    S - 2 Milk Chocolate Chunk Cookies
    L - 1oz. Tuna mixed with Mustard & 1tsp miracle whip, celery on Sandwich Roll
    D - Multigrain Pizza Crust with Peanut Butter, Celery and Raisins

    E - 20 mins. of walking

    B: archer farms granola bar, iced coffee w/milk & cinna dolce
    L: uncrustable PB&J (love these silly things!)
    D: IDK, i am thinking eggs, veggie faux sausage, and toast

    S: 100 cal kettlecorn. my obsession.

    E: probably 3 miles on the treadmill.
