  • Good morning!!! This wednesday is 4 weeks from the wedding... so I'm going to attempt to be the most disciplined I've ever been in my life. Here we go:

    Breakfast: Low Fat Nutrigrain Waffles.Crunchy Almond Butter with Flax.

    Lunch: Carba Nada Pasta (I'm in love) with Green Beans, black olives, and a little bit of olive oil/spices.

    Snack: Mini Lemon Zest Luna Bar

    Dinner: Amy's Spinach and Feta Pocket. Olives and Feta.

    Exercise: a walk at lunch/35 minutes of cardio/weight lifting of some sort.
  • I was AWFUL this weekend.  My mom was in town which means I drank a LOT of wine, we met with a caterer AND our baker who supplied us with more sugar than we could handle. 

    I think I'll be starting the week off fairly well though...

    E - 2.5 miles -- i was the only one in the gym which made me feel really good

    B - granola, coffee
    S - fage 0% with honey
    L - homemade chicken salad with arugula on 7 grain bun, grapes
    S - grape tomatoes, mini baby bel
    D - shrimp cobb salad

    This week I'm making all of our meals from my FAVORITE magazine -- Cooking Light.  The salad was on the cover of the May issue.  I insisted on making it for dinner the day after I got the magazine in the mail and it was delicious.  I'm looking forward to supper!

    S: 100 cal pack of low sodium almonds
    L: Meditteranean salad
    S: Clementine
    D: Grilled chicken, asparagus, quinoa.

  • B- breakfast cookie
    L- soup and some baked chips and mango salsa
    S- 2 kisses
    D- grilled chicken, broccoli 
    S- sugar free pudding

    E- if I get the motivation to leave the house I will go to the gym, if not 30 day shred and some extra ab work.
  • Weekends are so difficult! I was 300-400 calories over my goal every day. Oh well, I needed it.

    B- Hard boiled egg, greek yogurt with cherry jam
    L- Wrap w/chicken deli meat, lettuce, tomato, and garlic aioli
    S- Kashi snack bar
    D- Cous-cous with roasted veggies and more aioli

    E- Jog 2 miles and do some work on the weight machines.

    Good morning! I hit my 20 lb mark this weekend, whoohoo! And I did pretty well tracking and what not over the weekend. Even excercised on Saturday because I knew I was going to be drinking a lot on Saturday night, hee hee. Good times. :)

    B: Honey Graham OH!S with nf milk
    L: Lean Cuisine Pizza
    S: Yogurt
    D: Probably spaghetti with turkey meat sauce. Either that or scrambled eggs if SO doesn't want to have spaghetti

    E: Taking the dogs for an hour long walk after work. Back to the gym tomorrow (stayed up late to watch the President's address and could not get up early enough today!)

    Thank you! I was pretty excited to see that number on my ticker. :)

    And I thought they didn't make them anymore cause I never saw them in the Midwest, but low and behold they have them out here on the East Coast. I couldn't believe it the first time I saw them at my grocery store, I was so excited! I could send you a shipment of them, heh. :)
