Getting in Shape

Motivation

How do you all keep your motivation? I struggle with this so bad, and I believe it's the most important part to losing weight..  I am great about going to the gym or going for a walk, but I am horrible about watching what goes in my mouth.. It is so hard for me to stay on track and to focus.. What do you do to remind yourself to stay healthy?
