This week is a super short week for me (just 3 days!) so I'm going to try to keep my food perfectly on track. I've been doing fairly well, I just think it's time to "dial it in" a bit more.
B: Chocolate PB banana shake, coffee w/ skim milk, 2 small brownies (H wanted me to bake some!)
S: peach and almonds
L: Tuna Avocado salad (it's been a while, I felt like bringing this out again)
S: string cheese x2
