I just order INSANITY online tonight....I feel like I am crazy, but know the only way to do this is to push myself. Anyone here done it before? I could use some help staying motivated!!!!

My sister in law is and she loves it... combined with a gluten free diet and training for a 5k, she's lost nearly 20 pounds!

It is very intense and a great why to get in shape! I did it, and I didn't loose any weight because I didn't have much to lose, but I did get very tone and sleek. I am sure I lost some fat and gained muscle though!

I just ordered mine too! Should be in my mailbox as we speak. I'm sure it works, provided you don't over indulge at the table and you actually push yourself. That's what I'm worried about. I need someone to call me every morning and get my butt out of bed!

Thanks for the feedback!! I am super excited to start. I check the mail every day...I have a few people who are going to ask me every day if I did it. I need someone to pull me out of bed tho, lol. I would love to hear how it works for you all and hope we can keep eachother motivated!!!

i'm on week 3 right now, and i love it!!! it's weird, but i actually like the fact that i can't keep up with the videos and have to stop periodically. it means that it's not going to be some program that i do once and then forget about because it became too easy.

every time my legs are being punished or i feel like i'm so out of breath that i can't do another power squat or whatever, i think about walking down the aisle in my wedding dress looking super cute and slim, and suddenly i find a little more motivation.
