Getting in Shape

Having trouble following "Skinny Chicks don't eat salads" program?

Hey all, I'm new on this particular forum, and I need some advice. I found out about the Christine Avanti "Skinny Chicks don't eat salads" book through the giveaway TK is doing. I'm reading it, and i'm liking what I see, but the only huge issue i'm seeing is, I have no idea how to follow it because of my work schedule. :/

Here's my typical day: I wake up at 9:00, eat breakfast by 9:30, out the door about 5-10 minutes after that to arrive at work by 10:00. My first break at work is at 12:00 (2.5 to 3 hours since breakfast) but it's only 10 minutes, not long enough to really prepare a meal and eat it. Lunch break is not until 2:00, which puts me at almost 5 hours since breakfast, a "no-no" according to the plan (should eat every 3-4 hours, no later). Then I get another break at 4:30 (another 2.5 hours since lunch, but again only a 10 minute break), get off at 6:30, arrive home usually around 7:00, at which point I once again won't have eaten for almost 5 hours.

Anybody else having this issue? I don't know how to make this work with my job if i'm honestly restricted to eating every 3-4 hours, no later. The book says I can eat "half meals" but how am I going to prepare a half meal and eat it in 10 minutes, while still having time to go to the bathroom, or doing things one would normally do on break (like relaxing)? I honestly like the idea but I don't know how to make it work for me. Help please?
