So, I've never posted on the Getting in Shape board, but here goes!
I've been trying to get fit for a while now and wasn't losing weight, so obviously I was doing something wrong. I started today for my fresh start! I want to make sure I'm doing things right this time, All I want are opinions on if what I had for dinner is something you girls would consider healthy!
Packaged Pre-cooked ham steak - 120 Calories
1 corn on the cob with I can't believe it's not butter spray
1 piece of wheat toast
1 bag of Steamer Vegetables (Rosemary potatoes & green beans)
I have noticed this isn't the typical thing you all post on these boards, so I hope no one minds! I just want your opinion on if this was a reasonably healthy dinner so I'll know I'm on the right track!
