Ive been wearing a boot on my foot now for the last 6 weeks and doc said it was ok to do the bicycle and eliptical so I've been BUSTING my butt on those two things and have lost a total of 27 pounds since October. So unfortunately today my doc said that my sress fracture has gotten worse and Im not allowed to do anything on a machine that involves my feet :[ I immediately starting crying to him since I've been overweight since like 6th grade and this time I'm finally getting somewhere!I am so stuck because I still want to lose about 25-30 more pounds by September.. Any girls have any other suggestions? I am all ears and grateful for your help :]
