Morning ladies! So, so much for my new workout plan. I woke up yesterday incredibly sore (I guess that's what I get from not working out for 3 weeks- darn surgery). Anyway- I'm still incredibly sore, so I'm giving my body a chance to heal a little more before I try my next workout- I guess I'll have to ease into my new plan a little slower. Ugh!

TBD..... have to give a presentation tonight, so it'll probably be something quick- maybe a smart one or maybe I'll run to the grocery store salad bar and make a big salad.
