Hi ladies!
So J&K you've inspired me to start using Daily Plate to track my calories. I've been using it for about a week and love it. Fi just signed up today and put in his info and it said that he should eat 2550 calories a day to lost 1.5 pounds a week. He's 6'4" and like 280 so I figured he'd get a higher number than me but it said that I should eat 1335 calories/day to lose 1.5lbs per week.
I didn't really question it until Fi got SUCH a larger number. Does 1335 make sense for me? Is that too low? I'm 5'8 and 150lbs. It is the net number so when I put in my exercise the number goes up. I just joked on FB though about our drastically different numbers and a few people commented that they thought 1335 was too low. So I thought I'd check in with GIS and see what you have to say!
