I am a new member hoping to drop some weight and tone up before my October 29 wedding! I'm hoping to loose about 35 lbs, but I know that is a lot for 8 months, so I would be happy with 20! I have been in WW in the past and have had success (although unfortunately I gained much back), so I'm back counting points. I already work out for an hour about three times per week, but I'm hoping to bump that up to 4-5 days on a consistent basis. I have had a hard time getting started (I've been planning to start since my engagement on Nov.6 ) - so hopefully the accountability of the board will help (and the WW meetings of course)!
