So I just started my "lifestyle change" Monday.
I feel a lot better already, but I'm SO out of shape. I'm 5'2" 160 lbs so I'm not obese, which leads to me this...
I just worked out on the treadmill. I ran a little over a mile ,burnt like 110 calories ONLY on 3 MPH, for about 25 minutes... I was sweating so much, it was dripping down my face. I feel like I should've been able to do better, but this is all my body could do!
This is horrible isn't it? I just needed to vent...
