Getting in Shape

Wednesday New Member!

Hi all, my name is Maggie and I totally need a support group to help me reach my goal. Two years ago I was 210 and dropped to 165 over 8 months (yay me!), but since then I have maintained between 175-165. This is kinda funny because I actually started going to the gym regularly in the last year. I am also a grad student, so usually you can find me at the library instead of the gym. I am also lactose intolerant, and have been trying to limit the amount of dairy in my diet, which is really hard because I LOVE cheese. So baby steps first: 1) drink 64 oz of water a day, 2) go back to running 20 miles a week (I used to do 25 before the end of the semester and my coming thesis review o.0) 3)create a non-stress enviroment in my home.

Any help is always welcome! Particularly if they are food ideas!
