Hey ladies, I've been noticing as I'm tracking my meals using the Livestrong My Plate site, I'm ALWAYS over my protein limit, and kind of by a lot. For example, it tells me that I need 37 g of protein and today I'll be at 70 g (my caloric intake is set at 1472). However, for all of my other breakdowns I'm either at or slight below my limit. Is there something off about the tracking of nutrients or should I really be cutting back on my protein intake? TIA!
