I need some advice. I've been working out now for 5 weeks. I started at 130 pounds. At first, I lost 3 pounds and went down to 127. But, in the past few days, I've shot back up to 132.5 pounds. My diet hasn't changed, in fact, it's been improving to include even more healthy foods. I've been exercising 40-60 minutes per day. I understand that weight loss varies (lose fat then gain muscle), but how much of a fluctuation can I expect? Is my jump on the scale normal, or is it an indication that I need to be even more strict with my diet and exercise? TIA!
