good morning!  well, at least Monday is over.....
B- light cinamon raisin english muffin with peanut butter
L- ??? not quite sure...maybe subway...AGAIIN!!!!!
D- baked cod fish with roasted potatos, zucchini, and summer squash on the grill

E- HIIT

    B: Choclate Banana shake, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: apple and string cheese
    L: baby spinach, green onion and chicken, some sort of dressing
    S: almonds and string cheese
    D: turkey sausages and zucchini on the grill

    E: rest day, had a great workout yesterday!

  • So it's pitch black outside and I honestly hope our power goes out and we have to leave the office...

    B - chocolate PB banana protein recovery shake
    S - nectarine
    L - salad w/ 1 hardboiled egg, 2 oz grilled chicken, cucumber and 1tbsp LF raspberry vinegarette
    S - Special K crisps
    D - grilled portabella mushroom burger w/ salad and maybe couscous
    S - none since I overindulged way too much last night. Damn you Wegmans!!!!

    E - walk at lunch, 45-50 minutes elliptical

    I'm so sleepy today.

    B: 2 slice whole wheat toast with natural PB
    S: Banana
    L: Salad with a couple tablespoons caeser dressing, pasta salad made with chicken, celery, tomato, black olives and homemade lowfat ranch dressing 
    S: Baby carrots, high-fiber granola bar
    D: Baked chicken, zucchini fritters, sauteed mushrooms

    E: Rest day

    L: quinoa and veggies, salad

    S: snap peas and celery

    E: 30 minutes power sculpt video.

    B: FF Greek yogurt w/raspberries, strawberries, walnuts and splash of Kashi GoLean Crunch

    L: Chop't mixed green salad w/broccoli, bell peppers, green beens
    D: Endive salad w/goat cheese, almonds, oranges & balsamic vinegar; protein shake for "dessert"
