Monday accountability

Good morning. 
b-2 hard boiled egg whites, apple
s-apple with natural peanut butter
l-turkey burger on light wheat with spinach and roasted peppers
d-grilled chicken, some kind of veggie (I have to stop at the farm market at some point today)
e-walk 3miles

  • B- Cup of Coffee and cream
    L- 6 inch chicken sandwich from Subway (no cheese or mayo) and a bag of sun chips
    S- Yoplait light yogert
    D- Not sure yet, probably a quick Healthy Choice Dinner
    E- Day 2 of my 30 day shred! 
  • While it was great having some time off last week, it is nice to get back into a bit of a schedule again...though I am going away with my mom tomorrow, so it may not last too long.  Luckily my mom has recently gotten into eating out and such, so we will work out together and eat well :)

    So, today:
    B-light english muffin w/PB, 1/2 banana, coffee
    S-cheese stick
    L-curried butternut squash soup, greek yogurt, apple
    D-salsa chicken on rice and steamed broccoli
