Re: goals for the week

  • * Still working on getting back in the habit of tracking everything instead of just mentally trying to keep track.

    * Finish Week 2 of P90X

    * Stick to my meal plan for the week without snacking a ton of extra calories
  • -Week 2 of P90X.  Finish all of the workouts and really challenge myself to do all of the moves (particularly pushups and pullups) in the best form I can.
    -stay away from frozen custard and ice cream.  now I know why I'm always thinner in winter!
    -Re-learn how to eat out well.  It's summer, so I'm eating out more than ever and I need to make good choices and not drink so many delicious alcoholic beverages!

    Make it to the gym for a class every day except Saturday...this is what I did leading up to the wedding, but then I had a month off between wedding craziness, honeymoon, getting settled back into rteal life...only been able to go to the gym 3-4 times a week.

    Do not eat cookies! I am normally not much of a snacker or cookie person but Trader Joe's has a new kind of cookies that my husband picked up...and I just couldn't resist. I ate almost the whole box this weekend. So no more cookies for a while!

    If I do those 2 things this week, I'll consider it a success!
  • 1. Work on actually eating the produce that I bought today unlike last week's epic fail.

    2. Hot yoga twice, strength twice and kettlebells this week.  Next weekend is one of my only weekends to not be overscheduled and I want to use it to get some great sweat sessions in!
