Thursday WW Accountability

Morning ladies!  Getting back on track is tough.  I did great until about 3:00 yesterday and then it was downhill from there.  But, at least I got out and took a walk.  Hoping today is a better day.

(still using old point system)
B: special K bar (1); orange (1)
S: WW yogurt (1)
L: cottage cheese (3); peaches (2); something else.... not quite sure what yet
S: banana (2); carrots (0)
D: chili (6); cornbread muffin (3); orange (1)
