Slimquick?

Has anyone ever used this? Did it work or have any bad side effects?

  • Please read the stickies. This board does not condone the use of diet pills and unhealthy shortcuts.

  • I read the stickies. Didn't see anything about "diet pills".

  • Lil, it's in the "Crash diet" sticky note. Diet pills often sound like a good fix, but they're not a good plan for sustainable weight loss and can be dangerous.

  • I have used these in the past, and haven't noticed any side effects.  I was eating healthy and exercising before starting to take Slimquick, and was losing weight, but very slowly.  I decided to add Slimquick to my program, and noticed an increase of 1-2pounds lost per week once I started using them.  They are definitely NOT a quick fix, but can give you a little extra boost if you are feeling stuck or frustrated.  I am using the Fat Burner ones now, along with a healthy diet and exercise program, and have been losing weight.  Get them at Wal-Mart, they are the cheapest by far there!  Hope this helps!

I tried Slimquick before I clued in to the healthy, sustainable way of losing weight.  They made me jittery and paranoid.  I stopped after a week and pitched the bottle.  No thank you!
