I"ve been going to the gym now for a month, usually 3-4 times a week. I've lost a couple pounds but now the scale keeps going up. I've changed my diet and eat 4 smaller meals a day. I've got 99 days to fit into my dress and its just not happening. I love my dress, besides the fact that I got an awesome deal on it and would hate to have to spend more money on a second dress.
I'm trying to convince myself to give it another month. But when I don't see any progress, it totally stinks! Just need some help with motivation. Thanks.
