So I've been MIA from the boards.... because my computer at work won't let me sign into the knot anymore. Not sure what happened, but It's pretty depressing!!! And I have like no time to go on at home.
ANYWAY!
So I've still been doing weight watchers... And I got a little off here & there, but I still seem to keep losing weight. How is that possible?
For example: this past week I didn't stick to all my points at all. I worked out 5x during the week (which is normally how much I workout... 4 or 5x a week)
And I literally lost 3lbs!
I keep thinking my scale is wrong....
And two weeks before that.. I wasn't sticking to my points either & was still losing 1.5lbs each week!
Don't get me wrong, it's AMAZING! I'm NOT complaining, but I just want someone to explain how this is happening!! lol.
