Ok, while I am definitely not thin or fit, I think my arms are disproportionately fat. They are securely in the Top 2 things I don't like/want to change about my body. I'm extreeeeeeeemely self conscious about them, so clearly I want to get them looking better before being seen/photographed for posterity in my wedding dress. I kicked up my cardio and strength training recently, and I can feel some really nice muscles forming in my upper arms. My gym buddy felt them and said sincerely "wow you have banging biceps!" SO WHY ARE MY ARMS SO FAT??? I've been told that the cardio will make me lose weight all over and then the muscles will show through, or something... but is there anything specific I can do to lose the fat on my arms or make them more toned? Am I missing something obvious here? Thanks!
