Upping my calories worked!

So I used a calorie counter last week, to really track how much I've been eating.  I used to do it daily, but then got cocky and started estimating.  After checking online I realized I've been overestimating my intake and underestimating my burn rate, so I upped my calories and ate more all week.  I was less grumpy and tired and I lost 2 pounds! So stoked about finally beating this, just shy of the 130s, so I'm hoping to break through next week.  I highly reccomend tracking calories, you may get a good surprise like me! And now, time for my scheduled snack :)
