I seem to be going at a rate of 1.5 lbs a week. I don't mind. Everywhere I'm reading that you should only be losing up to 2 lbs a week. It's just nice that on weeks that my exercise gets screwed up and my diet hasn't been the best, I'm still losing lbs. I do sorta feel guilty. Since the weight loss club won't let me put in .5 lbs I've got another star eventhough I've got another .5 lb to go before I actually have it. At least my next weigh in should be on an even number, so it'll be right and I'll have my full stars.
