I jogged for 2 miles and did turbo jam 3 (well, half of it). It was hard to get into the first workout again! Anyway, I tried moving my alarm clock far from my bed thinking if I get up to turn the alarm off, I'll be up - yeah, not the case so I didn't do an AM workout. Hopefully, tonight I can do Shred or something. I'd like to try and get up earlier to workout at some point.
