Getting in Shape

So, I finally worked out last night.

I jogged for 2 miles and did turbo jam 3 (well, half of it). It was hard to get into the first workout again! Anyway, I tried moving my alarm clock far from my bed thinking if I get up to turn the alarm off, I'll be up - yeah, not the case so I didn't do an AM workout. Hopefully, tonight I can do Shred or something. I'd like to try and get up earlier to workout at some point.

  • And, I did not weigh myself and not sure if I am going to go that route or not. I think I'll go by the way my clothes fit this time. I was so obsessed with the scale and counting calories. I'll get more into nitty calorie counting when I'm trying to get my last poundages off I think. We'll see how it goes. OMG, AND I also ordered intensity and ChaLEAN extreme so I am excited to try them.

  • Good for you!!  I'd be interested to hear how ChaLean is, I like her Turbo Jam stuff.  I recently started doing Turbo sculpt again, totally forgot about that one, i think I'll rotate that weekly with WHWW to keep my muscles on their toes :).
