Hi there...hope you don't mind the page. My husband and I are considering a move to Seal Beach/Belmont/LB and Smokey told me you live in the area. We are leaning towards Seal Beach because it seems so laid back. I definitely want to live in a cozy neighborhood and be able to walk and bike almost anywhere I want to go. Are you in Belmont? How do you like it compared to the other areas? TIA!
