Needing support!

Ok ladies, I need your encouragement and help. I have been needing to loose some weight for a while and now that I am engaged, I really want to drop this extra weight so I can look great for our wedding. I want to loose like 30lbs. I have been working out for the past week and a half now but my goal just seems so far away. How did you all stay motivated? Do you have any tips on shedding weight faster? (My problem areas are my stomach and thighs)

    Check out some of the posts below that have similar questions and responses (like "I can't get it off", etc.), and feel free to ask any specific questions that you can't find. A lot of the ladies here do WW (including myself), and it works great as an all-around get healthy program. It's $40 a month for unlimited meetings and online e-tools. It's a good investment in your health, if you ask me. Welcome, and let us know if you have any quesitons that you can't find answers to in other recent posts!
