I wanted to know if anyone is still doing this and interested in posting on it. I just started, and I'm really enjoying the workouts so far. I'm only on Day 4 - yoga, but I feel energized and sore in a good way. I check these boards every day, so I can post an accountability thread if anyone is interested. I'm currently unemployed, and although that means I have the time to do these workouts it's also hard because I have to keep myself from becoming a little black rain cloud about my unemployment. My fiance is really supportive, but he also doesn't work out all so it would really help me if there were other people I could be accountable to. I'm also trying to give up refined sugar, which is incredibly difficult because I am a cake and ice cream girl.
