TGIF accountability

good morning ladies!  i'm so glad it's friday.b - lite english muffin, almond butter, bananas - strawberriesl - lean cuisine sweet and sour chicken, small salad, egg whitess - pear, string cheesed - turkey burger, 100 cal popcorns - skinny cow sandwich (but only if i work out)e - missed my morning workout :(  i WILL go running tonight and do a level of 30DS

    B - english muffin w/ pb, ff vanilla yogurt, protein drink (half water half milk today since I ran outta milk)L - porchetta sandwich on english muffin w/ havarti cheese and romaine, 3 clementinesS - small (1/4cup or less) amt of unsalted cashewsD - not sure yet, I need to finish the yellow and green beans I got from the market last week so them + bbq pork maybe E - upper body weights *uugh* + 30-45min cardio on bike

  • b- shredded wheat with unsweetened soymilk and a dash of cinnamons - protein shakel - salad d - i have no idea yet!  i'm thinking about making some fresh fish and some fresh mango salsa or something like thats - frozen yogurte - couch to 5k week 5 day 3

  • Yay!!! Im sooo happy its Friday. Tomorrow Fi and I are going to dinner with his parents. We are going to Ruths Chris so I have to be good. b-yogurt and cherrios s-cherries l-chicken s-almonds d-??? Not sure FMIL is cooking e-c25k

  • b-large banana with 1 tbsp chunky pb s-gf toast with 1 tsp flax seed butter and 2 tsp sf blueberry jam l-leftover peachy chicken with red wine sauce s-apple d-leftovers. Probably a salad and cranberry stuffed pork loin e-30 mins zumba, 30 mins booty breaker

    b - small bowl of special K, special K waffles with Smart balance butters - Eating Right 100 calorie nutrition barl - a lean cuisine of some sort (haven't bought it yet...)s - pop chips d - no idea again! Hopefully NOT eating out. Although the chinese food place by my hotel is sooo tempting.

    They really need to put an edit button for posts! I forgot Exercise....e - 5 minute warm up on the bike, bicep and back routine, 2 mile run.
