I have been killing all of my wonderful efforts during the week with my complete lack of self-control on the weekend. So I am making a couple of Friday resolutions, feel free to join in and make some of your own! I am going to post on Monday to let y'all know how I did, and please please yell at me if I don't live up to them!1. I will continue to track what I eat. I will enter it into Sparkpeople on Monday. (I haven't been doing this on the weekends so far, but I am going to start!)2. I will count alcohol into my calorie totals. 3. I will not allow myself to pig out on Saturday just because I ran a long way and feel entitled. However if I am hungry (I am usually very hungry on Saturdays because of the long, long run at 6 am) I will allow myself to eat a healthy snack.
