Saturday accountability

What a beautiful day out... sucks that its the LAST WEEKEND of July though. How did that happen?!B - english muffin w/almond butter, protein drink in 1% milk/water, peachS - raspberries and strawberriesL - chicken salad with some kind of lower fat dressing, maybe a bite from my husbands hamburger at the bbq we are going toS - peach, maybe some nectarinesD - not sure, a friend of ours is making us dinner at his place and all I know is he has pork chops.S - beer, lots of beer.E - none, day off today.

  • It is beautiful! FI and I are finally planting our front landscaping today so it couldn't be more gorgeous for that. YAY! Ugh don't mention the date...I start grad school soon and am nervous as hell...bah. b-banana with 1 tbsp chunky pb s-1 gf waffle with strawberries and blueberries l-leftover peachy chicken s-granny smith apple d-ugh not sure what to cook tonight, I may talk FI into going out to our fav. thai restaurant downtown and having shrimp and pineapple curry. mmmmm. e-1 hr dance and 1 hr lifting
  • good morning ladies!  today's going to be fun, but not good at all food-wise.b - 1 egg, 1 egg white, arnold thin, ff cheese slicel - FMIL's birthday crabfest.  so, crabs.  and whatever else they make to go with it.s - bridal shower food.  hopefully there'll be really healthy stuff and not just junk food.d - ?  FI will be hungry, but i'll need to eat really light...e - level 2 of 30DS (i overslept again and that's all i had time for)
  • What is this peachy chicken?  It sounds delish. B- Cream of Wheat S-Yogurt and strawbrries L-Filet, mushrooms and string beans S-EAS carb control bar D-Grilled Chicken and a salad
  • hmm...it's my first day attempting my diet and I think I'm already semi-cheating but...B - light & fit yogurtL - cheese sandwich on wheat, raspberries, skim milk, chips and salsa (I WAS going to eat the baked tostitos I bought yesterday but there were some normal ones left and I felt bad letting them go to waste...)S - reduced fat triscuits, grapesD - grilled chicken, green beansE - 20 minute Pilates workoutI'm liking this accountability thing, I was almost going to skip exercise today but this little board pushed me over the edge and I sucked it up and just did it :)
