Monday morning workout accountability

What did you do this morning for your workout? My FI and I got up at 5AM and rode bikes about 6miles. I am planning on doing 30DS and Cardio kickboxing(maybe) when I get home!

  • I am going to run in a little bit.  Right now I am being lazy while I watch Jillian on Rachel Ray (because I am a loser :-))

  • FI and I ran 4 miles at 6:30 this morning.  On Saturday, we got up at 5:15 to run 10 miles with our training group.
  • I actually ate breakfast this morning!
  • Was on the injured list, but I begin again tomorrow w/ Ballet
  • I just started riding my bike again about a week ago.  Yesterday I rode 3 miles no problem, this morning I almost throw up at after 2 miles and everything hurts.  Is this normal?
  • I did Banish Fat Boost Metabolism this morning and am going to do the Shred and take the dog for a walk/run this evening!
  • I'm starting on week 5 of Couch to 5k and throwing in some lower body strength training.
  • Going to the gym for the first time in 2 weeks.  I feel like sucha slacker! We were on the honeymoon for a week and then I just couldn't get back to the gym last week! I am excited to get back into my regular food/gym routine! :)
  • I suck, I slept terribly last night and didn't get up for my morning run. Now I have to do it after work in the heat, ugh. I will get up and run the rest of the week!

  • I got up and then went back to bed. Yesterday morning I did C25k W1D1 and 30DS L2D6. I also went for a 10 mile bike ride last night which went really well compared to last time. angelandlibby - Sometimes this happens to me. It depends on what I eat before I work out and how hot it is. Also, if I am really pushing myself I tend to get sick. Did you do anything differently then normal?
  • COKristi- I'll be running tonight as well.  Couldn't get my butt out of bed today...ugh. I'm tricking myself into thinking it'll be fun.  I'm doing speedwork at the track...we'll see.
  • The only thing I did different was not drink that much water this morning.  It is very hot and humid today.  I feel fine now I think I just over did it this morning.
  • I just started the Firm Body Sculpting System videos. I got through the first 30 minutes of 55 minute video, and sweat like crazy.Tomorrow I am going to do upper body, and abs Wed the cardio sculpt, Thursday lower body and abs, Friday cardio sculpt.
